We have come here multiple times for a race series & its always Beautiful & Clean. Great ambience and recreation facilities. Lived in Westminster for 20+ years, and think the park and recreation centers are great facilities, but could have a better cleaning crew they dont pay attention to details.Īmazing location that outlooks into the mountains! Wonderful for parties, wedding receptions, cultural programs and alike.
Indoor aquatic center with wading pool, slides, lazy river, lap pool, rope swing, climbing wall, diving board, and hot tub. Also, some of the grass has not been well maintained causing it to brown.Īwesome rec center. Would have given 5 stars but there was no music with the firework display. Reasonable prices for indoor stuff, pool, basketball court, badminton nets, weights, fitness equipment, small climbing wall, racquetball courts, and community rooms. The fitness center and city park center (swimming pool, gymnasium, etc) are right there for you to stay fit, swim, take a class in yoga, etc. The park outside is wonderful, right off the dry creek trail and sheridan Blvd. Park is attached to Westminster recreation facilities and has soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, large running paved loop, skate park, Frisbee golf course and several ponds. Great park with spectacular views of the front range. Its got a HUGE pool with a section for kids, weight rooms, basketball courts and lots of classes you can sign up for. There are trails you can long-board on, PokeStops you can cruise by, and the Rec is right here too. This a beautiful area that kinda takes you away from the city somewhat. You are really close to the Butterfly pavilion as well. There is a Frisbee golf course in the park, and it does not stop there. Nice seating areas to watch the ball games from, plenty of shade, and really nice dug-outs. There are some pretty awesome softball fields at this complex, and the support building (where concessions and restrooms are located) are very well kept The mens bathroom even has a rinse off type shower stall in it.
